Ben Lee

Born and raised in Agoura Hills, California, Ben is a very diverse individual. From football player to guitar player to DJ, there is not much that he does not enjoy being involved in. He graduated from Sierra Canyon high school in 2019, and less than a month later, he found himself in a Cutco office!

In his first six months on the job, while also being enrolled at Santa Monica College, he was the top new representative in the entire company, among over 40,000 others recruited that year. As a representative, he also won two All American scholarships to help him pay his way through college.

After his quick success as a representative, he went on to open up a business in May of 2020 despite the global pandemic. From there, he became the company’s #1 New District Manager out of hundreds of dynamic competitors nationally, breaking multiple records and producing almost $800,000 in business after his first eight months. This company has been around since 1981, and Ben was the first to ever go from #1 new representative to #1 new manager in back-to-back years. Ben has the will to win and the ability to inspire others to find their success and open up the doors for themselves to figure out who they are!

As a manager, Ben is most excited about the opportunity to give back. This company provided him the environment he needed to learn about himself figure out where his life was headed next and what his passions in life genuinely are. He is on a journey full of giving back, creating an environment where young professionals are born and where positivity and love are put into the world.
